We will make sure the whole hiring process is as smooth, easy and positive as possible. Before you begin, you should read the following important information about steps on filling in the application, our privacy policy, and ways to contact us.

Application details

Hexaple uses a centralized job application system, which means all applications will be processed under the same process no matter how you apply. Steps are also identical, no matter what positions you are applying for. Your submitted application will be automatically processed and transferred to our oneHexa Talent Acquisition Portal, which you will be able to log in at a later stage.

The application contains eight (8) sections and you must complete all of them in order to have your application accepted:

Preliminary Questions

Once you start completing your job application on the next page, choose the position you wish to apply for. You will then be asked to complete a few preliminary questions that confirm you are applying for the correct job position. All questions in Part 1 are mandatory.

Profile Creation

Your profile contains basic information, such as your name, date of birth,  and apply for your desired position based on availability. Your profile can be re-used in multiple applications to reduce reduncancy of filling in the same information every time when you apply for jobs at Hexaple.

We currently do not support profile creation by importing your resume, but this feature is being developed and will be available soon.

Education History

Your past education history is one of a few ways to show your potential and whether you are a good fit to the position. While you might have ten degrees on your hand, we will only look at three of your education credentials. If you have more than that, please include the rest on your resume.

Employment Records

Your work experience is a great record of what and how you performed in other work environment. Whether you have worked at a multinational corporation like Hexaple, helped a professor on her academic research, or designed your own app to help build the future, include them in this section. Again, three is enough and put the rest on your resume. We will take a good look at them.

Background Check

After building your complete profile, we are required to ask a few more personal questions for recruitment and statistical purposes. These questions include your gender, disabilities, and whether you are legal to work. Rest assured that your answers to the questions will not be evaluated when we review at your application.

Job-specific Questions

We might need to more you better to see if you are certified to work at a certain position. These questions are specific to the position you are applying for.

Additional Documents

This section is your place to add any supporting documents and details to show off yourself. Feel free to attach any portfolio, previous work sample to make your application strong. You may also include any accomodation requests if you wish.

Application Review

You are almost there! You spent a huge effort and this is where you will double-check your application to make sure everything is correct and true. This is your last chance to review your application and you can go back to previous sections if there is an mistake. Before you hit submit, you will need to sign electronically and make a declaration.
